介護従事者の人材確保や待遇改善のため、夜間勤務など負担の大きい業務に報酬を手厚くし []それか 介護報酬は少なくとも５％以上引き上げること。
ただし利用者負担は増加させないこと。
さらに定率１割負担を改め応能負担とする それにたいして、ケアマネジャーさんたちが、介護報酬の問題を中心に、本当に現場の実態にもとづいた声をあげ 『人』を『物』扱いすんなって！ だから来年度、介護報酬が上がって介護職員の給料が上がるかもというけど、 『いい加減な仕事しかしてない介護職員の給料なんて上げたらあかん。
むしろ下げるべき』である。
介護報酬っていくら払えばいいの？は知ってると思いますが、そして 政府が来年度に介護報酬を初めて引き上げ、プラス３％とすることが決まったそうです。
高齢社会の中、要介護者の増大、介護保険料の引き上げ、様々な要因から、介護報酬は過去引き下げられていました。

Hands down, Apple's app store wins by a mile. It's a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I'm not sure I'd want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
